the deck is 100 cards: 33 hero 1/1s and 67 field cards. every one is a lens — a render keyed by card id, drawn from on-chain state, so the card answers the market it lives in.

every card page is a real print now — four-colour separation, paper tooth, foil that moves with the light, on the same press the folder and the pack reveal use. it turns over onto its own back.

packs are a dollar target, not a token count: $10 / $12 / $15 / $20 across four tiers. half of every pack burns, half funds the studio. a tier opens when the one before it sells out — no dates. NFA.
THE CITY is 3.84 km of generated city and you fly it as a bird. or take it as a squirrel, a cat, a dog — each one gets a different layer of the same place. nothing chases you.
